Public Hearing
There will be a public hearing at the Winston County Commission Office, Double Springs, Alabama, July 27, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. to receive comment on the Vacation of County Road 3070.
The road begins at the intersection with State Route 195 and proceeds westerly approximately 500 feet to the end of road. The road is located in the South ½ of the Northeast ¼ Section 17, Township 11 South, Range 8 West. Existing Right-of-Way is recorded in Deed Book 184 Pages 383-385 in the Winston County Probate Office.
