ROAD VACATION HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
There will be a public hearing before the Winston County Commission at the Winston County Commission Office, Winston County Courthouse, Double Springs, Alabama, on the 31st day of August, 2026, @ 8:30 a.m., to receive comment on closing a portion of the public right-of-way coming off of the end of County Road #3938, proceeding Southerly approximately 525 feet, which is the length of the vacated right-of-way, located in the NW¼ of the NE¼ and the SW¼ of the NE¼, Section 14, Township 12 South, Range 6 West, which the abutting owners
wish to vacate and abandon.
