ARLEY - A man indicted for murder in Cullman County was in the wrong place at the wrong time when he was driving through the Arley and was stopped by Arley Police Chief Jerry Cummings.
Robert Lee Kimbrough Jr., 29, of Addison, formerly of Arab, faces a grand jury indictment for murder and two counts of first degree burglary relating to a shooting that left one person dead in Baileyton back in April, reports indicated.
The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office had responded to a call of someone entering an occupied home in Baileyton, where Johnathan Andrew Smith, 34, of Blountsville, was shot inside the home allegedly by Mike Sweatmon, the resident of the house, according to sheriff’s investigators.
