DOUBLE SPRINGS - A Nauvoo man was arrested after making a terrorist threat, based on at least two separate incidents, where he threatened bodily harm to a case worker with the Winston County Department of Human Resources then called their offices threatening to “shoot up the place,” law enforcement said.
Ricky Baughn Keeler, 53, of 1347 Byler Road, Eldridge,  has been charged with two counts of making a terrorist threat, noted Winston County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Bryan Kirkpatrick.
On Sept. 24, the Sheriff’s Office was working with DHR in a case concerning Keeler making threats against his family, with a DHR case worker meeting the sheriff’s office and Keeler  at Lynn Town Hall, Kirkpatrick said.

*When a defendant is charged with a crime, the charge is merely an accusation until or unless proven guilty in a court of law.
