Lady Lions can't catch up to Muscle Shoals

HALEYVILLE - The Lady Lions fell behind early and couldn't come back in an 8-2 loss to Muscle Shoals on Thursday, April 11. Muscle Shoals scored on a sacrifice fly  in the first inning and a single in the second inning.

The Lady Lions struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Muscle Shoals, giving up eight runs.

Ana Aaron was in the pitcher's circle for HHS. She went seven innings, allowing eight runs on 11 hits and striking out six.

Aaron went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Lady Lions in hits.

Muscle Shoals tallied 11 hits on the day.
