Ms. Carol Gravett, 78, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at her residence. She was a member of Posey Mill Baptist Church, taught Sunday School teacher and opened her home as a foster parent.
Her graveside service will be Thursday, June 18, 2020 at East Franklin Cemetery, with Steve Miles officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Joshua Waid, Matthew Waid, Seth Price, Brian Price and Devin Lauderdale.
She is survived by her spouse, Jerry Gravett; children, Doug Price (Rhonda), Sharla Taylor, Crystal Price and stepdaughter Tonya Hawkins; siblings, Beth Witt (Mike), Terry Britton (Kay) and Jed Britton; 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Abe Price; parents, Charlie and Irma Morgan Britton and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Britton.
Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, is directing.
