HALEYVILLE - The Haleyville Area Chamber of Commerce held its monthly meeting Friday, March 1, in the courtroom at Haleyville City Hall.  Stephanie Childers, executive director of United Way of Cullman County, was the guest speaker at the meeting.

DOUBLE SPRINGS - The ultimate goal of inspiring small children to love reading was reached with much fanfare Wednesday, Sept. 25, when the Dolly Parton Imagination Library program was kicked off for the first time for all of Winston County.
