Lynn Town Meeting

LYNN - Testing equipment on a regular basis is a must in order to save a life, and the Lynn Fire Department is required to test their bottles and hoses annually. A list of the equipment has been given to Lynn council members. Approval was given to move $3,188 from the fire department savings account to the checking account to cover the supplies and testing procedures at the recent town meeting, Monday, July 15.

LYNNLynn’s newly appointed fire chief was junior firefighter - The Town of Lynn has a new fire chief, who was hired in that position effective Monday, Dec. 17. Tim Harris, the son of the former fire chief David Harris, has been named.

LYNN - The Town of Lynn met at their regularly scheduled meeting Monday, Nov. 19, at the old town hall.

LYNN - The Town of Lynn will be donating $10,000 to its schools and organizations within the school. This was a topic at the regular town meeting on Monday, Aug. 20.

LYNN - The Lynn Town Council met on April 16, at 6 p.m. at the old town hall.
