Arson and theft suspected

LYNN - The victim of an early morning house fire Monday, Oct. 16, suspects arson and theft after finding fire had possibly been set at three separate locations inside his home and a TV missing from the bedroom.

Recent business of the Lynn Town Council

LYNN - Those getting copies of reports or photos from Lynn Police Department will now pay a fee, after the Lynn Town Council passed a resolution to that effect at the request of Police Chief Bryan Kirkpatrick in October.

In other news, some Lynn residents will be able to sign up for Charter internet, phone, TV and mobile services at some point...

A home place full of memories goes up in flames

LYNN   - The fire at an old family home place meant a great sentimental loss to a Lynn family, who are thankful the occupant made it safely out of the burning structure early Saturday, Dec. 7.

Lynn Fire Department to get tested

LYNN - Testing equipment on a regular basis is a must in order to save a life, and the Lynn Fire Department is required to test their bottles and hoses annually. A list of the equipment has been given to Lynn council members. Approval was given to move $3,188 from the fire department savings account to the checking account to cover the supplies and testing procedures at the recent town meeting, Monday, July 15.
