DOUBLE SPRINGS - As the autumn season officially begins on Sunday, Sept. 22, thoughts turn to cooler weather, and with cooler weather, come thoughts of soup.

Empty Bowls moved to February

DOUBLE SPRINGS - Organizers of the annual Empty Bowls dinner benefitting both the Winston County Arts Council and Main Street Ministries have waited nearly two years for the event to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

DOUBLE SPRINGS - Empty Bowls and full hearts will be the case when hundreds of people gather Thursday, Oct. 11, to enjoy hearty fellowship and a variety of delectable soups while raising funds to help two worthy causes.
