BEAR CREEK - Needs throughout the Town of Bear Creek, which kept coming back to water issues, were the forefront of a public hearing Thursday, June 20, gathering public input towards a $350,000 Community Development Block Grant that will be used for overall community improvements.

BEAR CREEK - The date that both campers as well as town officials and residents have been waiting for will take place on Monday, April 15, when Twin Forks park and campsites will reopen after being closed down 10 weeks for repairs and renovations.

BEAR CREEK - After a one hour executive session, the Bear Creek Town Council voted by majority to name Jimmy Preston as Mayor Pro Tem in the absence of Connie Morrison who resigned earlier that day on Wednesday, October 3.
