DELMAR - A three-vehicle wreck on Highway 13 Saturday morning, Oct. 2, in Delmar left two persons seriously injured.
Multiple alarm fire at Natural Bridge

NATURAL BRIDGE - A multiple alarm fire was called to Natural Bridge just before 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2020. Lynn, Delmar, Nauvoo, Haleyville and Double Springs fire departments were toned out to the scene.
County Road 28 to have new pavement
County workers begin the chip sealing process at the northern end of County Road 28, next to Highway 13 in Delmar.
DELMAR - A bumpy ride promises to be smoothed out with a new hot mix asphalt. County Road 28, one of three routes that are between both U.S. Highway 278 to Highway 13 in Delmar, has recently had work done to its base on the Delmar half of the road, with those work areas then being chip sealed. New pavement will soon be added to that half, with striping added to the entire road.

DELMAR - The Delmar Volunteer Fire Department’s annual poker run will take place this Saturday, Sept. 26, at the Delmar Fire Station on Highway 13 South.
Delmar School reunion canceled
DELMAR - The Delmar School reunion, which was planned for Saturday, Sept. 19, has been canceled this year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Reunion organizers plan to have the reunion next year if at all possible.
