WINSTON COUNTY - The dog rescue organization Free State Four Paws will be celebrating its tenth year of saving unwanted dogs in Winston County with an anniversary party for supporters at Dusty's Barn, 793 County Road 3135, Houston, at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21.
