ARLEY - An Arley mother faces serious first-degree felony drug charges after she allegedly supplied marijuana to her daughters to calm them and methamphetamine to give them energy to clean their room.
Cyndi Gale Fisk, 35, of 183 County Road 205, Arley, has been charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, two counts of chemical endangerment of a child and one count of sale, furnishing etc., a controlled substance by a person over age 18 to persons under 18, according to Winston County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Jacob Eward.
Each of these charges is a Class A felony under Alabama Criminal Code 13A-12-215 and 26-15-3.2(a)(1), Eward pointed out.
The latter charge against Fisk means that if she is found guilty, she has no chance of probation, according to sheriff’s officials.
