WINSTON COUNTY - Windfall funding to the Winston County Board of Education is being used to offset the costs of creating three new positions at the central office, with the filling of those positions causing a complete turnover at schools in Meek and Lynn.

LYNN - A complete turnover in administration at Lynn Schools has resulted in Brad Alsup as the new elementary principal and the transfer of Daniel Farris to high school principal from the assistant’s role.

LYNN - While the Lynn Bears were taking care of business on the baseball diamond Tuesday, March 9, the Lynn Lady Bears were doing the same thing on the softball field, defeating Brilliant 20-4.
